The Norfolk Consolidated Courts Complex demonstrates an expansive use of precast applications that achieve a rich, diverse series of rhythms and textures across the project. Inlayed materials around base of the building and within the curvilinear geometries of the rotunda that define the building at the corner beautifully compliment the earth toned textured precast applications that comprise the remainder of the assemblies.
